Finance Business capabilities

What Finance Business does.

POS

Available

Accept payments at the point of sale — including group payments where several people each pay their share, or one authorised member pays from a shared wallet. Each funding leg is tracked separately.

Group Split at checkout

Available

At merchant checkout, Group Split allocates the total among multiple customers. Each person sees their share and pays individually. The merchant receives the full collection.

Split Pay at checkout

Available

Split Pay lets one customer fund their payment from multiple sources — wallet plus connected account, for example. Each source leg is confirmed separately and the merchant receives the combined total.

Multi-store management

Available

Manage multiple store locations under one business account. Consolidated sales view across all locations. Each location's activity is visible separately and in aggregate.

Subaccounts

Available

Segment business funds into subaccounts for different purposes — departments, projects, or locations. Each subaccount is visible and manageable separately.

Approvals

Available

Business payment approvals require a designated reviewer to authorise before a payment proceeds. Approval is permission — not proof of instant transfer.

Group payments at checkout

How Finance capabilities extend to the merchant context.

Group Split at POS

When a group arrives at a POS, Group Split allocates the total across each person. Each customer pays their individual share. The merchant receives the full confirmed collection — each leg tracked separately.

Split Pay at POS

One customer can fund their POS payment from multiple sources. Their wallet covers part; a connected account covers the rest. Both legs are confirmed before the total is marked collected.

A shared-wallet payment at POS is not the same as a Group Split — these are different situations. See Group Payments for the full explanation.
