Commerce / For Buyers
Everything your buying needs.
From saving what you want to choosing together and completing the transaction.
Buyer features
What buyers can do
Product Intent
Save your need before you find the item.
Describe what you want to buy and save it as a Product Intent. Sellers and AI-assisted flows can match relevant products against it.
Service Intent
Describe the work you need done.
For service bookings, state your requirements upfront — scope, timing, location — so providers can respond with a fitting offer.
Manual Approval
Review every offer before you commit.
You stay in control. No offer progresses to payment until you have read it and explicitly approved it.
Automatic Approval
Bounded decisions under your rules.
Set conditions — price ceiling, specific sellers, time constraints — and let matching offers proceed automatically within those bounds.
Group Commerce
Choose and pay together.
Coordinate a group purchase: propose options, vote, then split the cost. Contribution links track who has paid and what remains.
Process
How buying works
Describe your need
State what you want as a Product or Service Intent.
Save as Intent
Your requirements are stored so sellers and AI flows can match against them.
Review relevant offers
Matched products and service offers arrive for your review.
Approve the right one
Choose manually or let automatic rules handle it within your bounds.
Complete the transaction
Payment proceeds once approval is confirmed.
Group Commerce
Split an order with others
Group Commerce lets you coordinate a purchase with friends, family, or colleagues. An organiser creates a group, proposes options, and members vote on what they want. Once the group settles on a choice, contribution links are sent so each person can pay their share independently. The organiser sees a live tracker showing who has paid and what remains outstanding.
FAQ
Common buyer questions
Is creating an Intent a purchase commitment?
No. An Intent is a statement of need, not an order. You are not committing to buy anything by saving an Intent. A purchase only proceeds once you have approved a specific offer.
Can I cancel an Intent?
Yes. You can remove an Intent at any time before you have approved an offer against it. Cancelling an Intent does not affect any separate approved orders.
What is the difference between Manual Approval and Automatic Approval?
Manual Approval means you review and explicitly approve every offer before it progresses. Automatic Approval lets you define conditions — a price ceiling, a specific seller, a time window — and matching offers are approved automatically within those bounds. You set the rules; the system acts within them.
What is Group Commerce?
Group Commerce lets a set of people coordinate a shared purchase. An organiser creates a group, members propose and vote on options, and once a choice is made, each person contributes their share. Contribution links track payments individually.
How do I track what I owe in a group order?
Each group member receives a contribution link that shows their share and current status. The organiser sees a summary of who has paid and what the outstanding balance is.
