Buyer feature
Review every offer. Approve only what you've verified.
Manual approval means a buyer reviews a specific offer in full — seller, item, quantity, price, delivery terms — and makes a deliberate decision before anything progresses.
Who this is for
The problem
Without review control, buyers can find themselves committed to terms they didn't examine — price changes, delivery conditions, quantity variations. Manual approval puts the decision explicitly in the buyer's hands before anything progresses.
Audience
Buyers who want full visibility before any offer progresses — particularly for higher-value purchases, unfamiliar sellers, or complex delivery terms. Also the default for any buyer who hasn't configured automatic approval rules.
What it does
Deliberate decision. Full visibility.
When an offer arrives, a full review sheet is presented: seller, item, quantity, unit price, applicable discounts, total, delivery terms, and any conditions. Nothing is summarised away. The buyer chooses: approve, request changes, or decline.
Approval is for the specific version of the offer reviewed. If terms change subsequently — price, quantity, delivery — a fresh review is required. Prior AI-assisted search does not constitute approval.
Key facts
- ·"Manual" means deliberate decision — not a rubber stamp.
- ·Prior AI search assistance ≠ approval of an offer.
- ·Approval ≠ payment. Payment is a separate subsequent step.
- ·Changed terms require a fresh review, not a re-click on the original approval.
Interactive example

Controls and outcomes
Buyer decisions at review
Approve
Authorises the reviewed version of the offer to progress. Applies to that specific set of terms only.
Request changes
Signal what needs to change. The seller decides whether to revise. A revised offer requires fresh review.
Decline
Turns down the offer. Depending on the intent state, further offers may still arrive.
Review full terms
The review sheet shows all line items — unit price, discounts, delivery, total, conditions — before any decision.
Changed terms = new review
If terms change after approval, the changed version requires its own fresh review decision.
Offer expiry
Offers may carry an expiry period. An unanswered offer does not mean acceptance — it lapses.
